Lead Generator Specialist
Job Description
With the new ownership and ambitious growth plans, MAAG Gear is looking for an experienced Lead Generator Specialist to develop market opportunities.
To fulfill the objectives set for this position, it is necessary to follow the strategies and guidelines laid down by management and the line manager in each case. On this position you will be desired to create new lead opportunities to Sales Team. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the required standards of quality within relevant legal and operational framework.
Despite being able to work independently, it is necessary for the incumbent to form partnerships with other sections, departments and groups, creating trust-based relationships that will facilitate success.
All available materials and methods are to be used to ensure the best possible communication and accurate flow of information both internally and externally.
The incumbent is responsible for all activities listed in his/her job profile, both working as an individual or as part of a team with relevant competencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Research and identify potential clients through various channels (online platforms, databases, industry events).
- - Identify potential leads from historical data base in CRM.
- - Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
- - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- - Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and lead status in CRM systems.
- - Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- - Support marketing and sales campaigns with targeted outreach.

- - Initial Contact and Engagement: Successfully initiate conversations with prospects via email, phone, or social media, Achieve high response and engagement rates from outreach efforts.
- - Lead Qualification: Accurately assess prospect needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline. Use qualification frameworks to prioritize leads.
- - Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls or meetings for sales representatives. Maintain a high conversion rate from outreach to scheduled appointments.
- - CRM Accuracy and Activity Tracking: Keep detailed records of prospecting activities, lead status, and communication history. Ensure data integrity in CRM systems to support forecasting and reporting.
- - Market Intelligence: Gather insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points. Share findings with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategy.
- - Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Align prospecting efforts with current campaigns and sales goals. Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.
- - Performance Metrics Achievement: Meet or exceed KPIs such as:
- - Number of leads generated
- - Outreach volume (calls/emails)
- - Conversion rate to meetings
- - Lead-to-opportunity ratio
- - Continuous Improvement: Test and optimize outreach strategies and messaging, Stay updated on best practices and tools for prospecting.
Qualifications
IDEAL QUALIFICATION:
- - Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach (B2B or B2C).
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Comfortable with cold calling and digital outreach.
- - Skill in identifying which prospects are most likely to convert using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or CHAMP (Challenges, Authority, Money, Prioritization).
- - Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems. Use of tools like LinkedIn and sales intelligence platforms
- - Self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
- - Fluent in English and local language (or adjust based on company needs).
- - Ability to gather and analyze information about industries, companies, and decision-makers.
