New Head of North America appointed

Colin holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. He began his career in Canada, where he developed extensive expertise in industrial rotating equipment and built strong customer relationships across key industries including mining, cement, steel, and pulp and paper. Over the course of his career, Colin held a number of progressively senior commercial and leadership positions, including Customer Value Champion, Business Segment Manager, and Regional Manager. These roles enabled him to develop deep capabilities in strategic account management, business development, and organizational leadership.

In 2020, Colin took on the role of Director of Strategic Accounts, leading teams focused on strengthening key customer partnerships and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This experience provided him with valuable insight into many of the industries served by MAAG Gear, as well as the distribution, service, and repair of gearing and gearbox solutions.

With a strong combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership experience, Colin brings valuable knowledge and a customer-focused approach to his new role. We are confident that his contribution will further strengthen MAAG Gear's presence and support our continued growth across North America.
