With more than 20 years of experience in industrial markets, Marcelo is a Mechanical Engineer who brings extensive expertise in business development and commercial leadership across South America, particularly within the mining and industrial sectors.

An avid road cyclist and traveler outside of work, he believes that consistency, resilience, and teamwork are essential ingredients for success both on and off the road. This mindset defines his collaborative, customer-focused approach, where he prioritizes trust, long-term partnerships, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Prior to joining MAAG, Marcelo served as Commercial Manager South America. Throughout his career, he has built strong customer relationships, driven business growth, and successfully led teams in diverse and dynamic markets.

We are excited to see him spearhead MAAG’s continued growth in the region and foster meaningful relationships across the industry.
