Guillaume's path to this role is anything but conventional. It began on the shop floor - working with CNC machines and later as a field service technician - before evolving through sales management, general management, and international product line leadership. Along the way, he returned to education at an international business school in Paris, adding strategic and commercial depth to an already grounded technical foundation. That combination of experience gives Guillaume a perspective that is both practical and forward-
looking - precisely what MAAG Gear needs at this stage of its growth.
